Childcare Assistant

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Support Staff to join our team at Shamaar Learning Center LLC.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers, children, and staff in various aspects of childcare and education.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough checks of children's bags to ensure they have necessary items and maintain safety standards. Assist teachers with classroom activities, preparing teaching materials, and maintaining an organized learning environment. Help with child feeding during meal times, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary restrictions. Clean and maintain hygiene for children, including changing diapers and cleaning after accidents. Assist with nap time, creating a calm and comfortable environment conducive to rest. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and encouraging positive behavior. Monitor children for signs of illness or discomfort and provide first aid when necessary. Maintain clear communication with teachers and other staff to support the overall well-being and development of the children.Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to provide support and care to children.
