Civil Cost Estimator

Job Overview We seek an accomplished Estimation Professional to lead cost estimation for civil engineering projects. This role plays a pivotal part in the pre-construction phase, providing detailed and accurate estimates.Main Responsibilities Analyze project specifications, assess labor and material costs, and prepare submissions that meet client expectations.Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.Review Bills of Quantities and identify opportunities to optimize costs through value engineering.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Support tendering processes by compiling and submitting technical and commercial bids.Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project estimation in the UAE or GCC.In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, market pricing, and project cost structures.Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office tools.About the Opportunity Mazaya Recruitment is dedicated to bridging the gap between top-tier talent and industry-leading organizations across the Middle East.
