Full-Time Automotive Mechanic Position

Our organization seeks a skilled automotive professional to fill the role of Mechanic. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in accordance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles Diagnose mechanical issues using computerized and manual testing methods Repair or replace faulty parts, components, and systems Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on all serviced vehicles Interpret technical manuals and schematics to guide repair processes Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques Perform road tests to ensure proper vehicle operation after repairs Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical school certification in automotive technology preferred5-7 years of experience as an automotive mechanic ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, and computerized components Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills in English Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions Valid UAE drivers license Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new technologies This is a full-time position requiring the employee to be present in the office.
