Job Summary We are seeking a strategic Buying Manager to lead our fashion footwear team. The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, strong relationships with suppliers, and the ability to drive business growth through effective buying strategies."

Key Responsibilities Business Strategy: Develop seasonal strategies in line with brand positioning to formulate gross margin plans.Create fine-tuned assortments and investment plans.Negotiate with new suppliers on product pricing, payment terms, cost of freight, provision of training, and involvement in advertising and promotions.Operations: Analyze and report weekly sales performance against range plans.Manage TNA plans and implement buying calendars for timely seasonal analysis and range build.Perform regular competitor surveys to identify product gaps and influence range plans.Performance and Operations: Responsible for 'The Look' for the season, influencing product selection, in-store visual merchandising, and layout planning.Keep abreast of market trends and awareness of competitor activities.Manage product training of staff to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
