Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager to lead our project planning team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects and providing high-quality planning support.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction management principles and be able to develop and implement effective project plans. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Main Responsibilities: Lead the project planning team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects Develop and implement project plans that meet stakeholder requirements Provide planning support for risk management and extension of time claims Manage project resources and budgets to ensure efficient use of company assets Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 10 years' experience in project planning and management, including 5 years in a leadership role Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven success in Extension of Time claims work using recognized delay analysis techniques Awareness of Lean Planning and Risk Management principles Benefits: Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career development and advancement.Other Information: We believe in providing a positive and supportive working environment, where our employees can grow and thrive.
