Job Title: Paid Search Manager Job Summary: The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for executing paid search campaigns that meet or exceed client performance targets.This role requires expertise in managing all campaign types across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and Tik Tok.Campaign Management: Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SA360, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, and platforms like Amazon Ads or Apple Search Ads.Keyword Research: Ability to find high-performing keywords.Ad Copywriting: Writing compelling ads that convert, tailored to platform limitations.Bid Strategy Management: Understanding manual and automated bidding strategies.Landing Page Optimization: Working with design teams to ensure landing pages convert well.A/B Testing: Running experiments on ad copy, targeting, landing pages, etc.Tracking & Analytics: Setting up tracking via Google Analytics, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and conversion tracking pixels.Data Analysis: Comfortable with interpreting campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score.Reporting: Creating reports for clients or leadership, using tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, Looker, etc.Problem-Solving: Diagnosing performance issues and making data-driven adjustments.Campaign Planning: Developing full-funnel paid search strategies aligned with business goals.About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager.
