Strategic Investment Leader Morgans Realty is seeking a seasoned professional to drive our investment division forward, identifying key opportunities and structuring strategies that create long-term value for clients and stakeholders alike.About the Role This senior position oversees major transactions, develops investment theses, and builds our positioning as a trusted advisory partner in commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate investments.Originate and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities.Structure strategic deals and joint ventures with institutional investors and private entities.Provide market intelligence and financial modeling to support client decisions.Represent Morgans Realty at investment summits, private roundtables, and global forums.The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 5 years in real estate investment, private equity, or fund advisory.A proven track record in structuring complex transactions and raising capital.A deep understanding of the local regulatory and investment landscape.Excellent analytical skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
