Senior Agile Coach

Job Title We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead high-performing teams in delivering cutting-edge Gen AI and enterprise data solutions.This is a hands-on, delivery-first role that requires coaching, mentoring, and driving delivery across fast-moving engagements.Expect deep exposure to enterprise clients, product owners, and engineers.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI implementation while working with a talented team of professionals at the forefront of technological innovation.Key Responsibilities: Lead agile teams delivering Gen AI, data platform, and enterprise-grade solutions Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming Ensure delivery momentum and predictability by removing blockers and tracking velocity Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-prioritized, delivery-aligned backlogs Coach teams in agile values, technical collaboration, and delivery discipline Maintain delivery transparency via Jira boards, sprint reports, RAID logs, and burn-downs Align sprint outcomes to roadmap milestones, release goals, and client KPIs Requirements: Proven experience in leading agile teams and facilitating agile ceremonies Strong knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and tools Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
