Senior Director - Financial Communications Strategist We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Communications to play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transaction communications, capital markets storytelling, and investor-facing messaging.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial communications strategies for M&A, IPO readiness, quarterly results, and capital markets events Manage the company's financial communications calendar to align messaging with reporting and regulatory cycles Create high-impact materials including press releases, investor decks, leadership speeches, Q&As, and capital markets updates Provide strategic counsel to leadership during sensitive and high-value corporate activity Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external advisors Monitor market sentiment, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive positioning Requirements: Financial communications, investor relations, capital markets advisory, or related fields experience Proven track record of managing complex financial narratives in listed or IPO-ready businesses Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, particularly around financial data and corporate strategy Strong understanding of capital markets, disclosure regulations, and media handling in high-stakes environments Experience supporting leadership at the highest level in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation Global outlook; experience in international markets and cross-border transactions is an advantage This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver the financial narrative of a business with significant regional influence and international ambition.
