Project Closure Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a fundamental requirement for this position.The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.This role involves coordinating project close-out activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and submitted in accordance with client and project specifications.Key Responsibilities: Compile project close-out documentation, including Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M), As-Built Drawings, Warranty Certificates, Material Approvals, and Testing & Upgradation for all construction documents.Support site inspections and handover walkthroughs to ensure punch lists/snags are closed prior to final handover.Handle authorities approval and final inspection.Coordinate with the site team and contractors for client training.Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and submissions to meet handover deadlines.Assist in preparing and submitting the Close-out Submittal Package (CSP) or DLP handover packages.Communicate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to address and resolve any close-out issues or missing items.This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
