Job Code: 5243Role: SAP ERP Procurement Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi Experience Required: 16-25 years- Minimum 15+ years' experience in ERP systems and Information Technology, including 10 years' Experience in ERP Procurement, project planning & strategy development, ERP quality assurance, risk and service level management, stakeholder management.Contract Duration: 1 Yr Extendable Industry: Energy and government sectors Payroll: Sundus Working Days: 5 days Notice Period: Immediate Job Description Manage and Leads the ERP support team and ensure the support tickets are resolved on time. Provides Technical consultancy and support services in at least 2 modules across Logistics related modules like Procurement, Enterprise Asset Management, Production, Inventory management. Specialist in SAP: Purchase requisitions, Material master, Material planning, Contract management, Release Order management, Supplier evaluations. Manage difficult business situations including escalations. Manage the design and implementation of process and process improvements. Designing, implementing, and supporting business processes and challenges related to supply chain, Plant Maintenance, and production. Provide guidance to businesses with the appropriate best practice use of the SAP system. Provide leadership and guidance for the SAP team to evaluate user requests, define priority, Schedule resources and drive work to completion. Leads the development of an ERP Strategy that is aligned with the short, medium, and long- term, plans and objectives. Manages the implementation and maintenance of ERP Strategy and IT Strategic Plans in accordance with defined business goals and objectives and technology requirements and standards. Provides weekly, monthly reports to senior management on the Support activities. Coordinate with HǪ for any new business enhancements and improvisation of business processes. Ariba: Sourcing request, Sourcing project, Order confirmation, Service entry sheet, Invoice creation. Develop and support management dashboards in Power Bi. Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans Assesses and reports on the business benefits achieved because of implementing the IT projects Ensure all digital initiative projects are handled as per project management methodologies. Updating project documentation on a consistent basis and conveying it to the management Assesses and reports on the business benefits achieved because of implementing the IT projects Collaborating across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes. Train users on best practices of project management Requirements PMP certified Bachelor/master's Engineering Degree in Computer Science /Business Information Systems or equivalent. Minimum 15+ years' experience in ERP systems and Information Technology, including 10 years' Experience in ERP Procurement, project planning & strategy development, ERP quality assurance, risk and service level management, stakeholder management. Must have experience in S/4 HANA implementation project. Knowledge of industry relevant IT applications, business and engineering packages, etc. In depth knowledge of SAP modules include but not limited to Procurement, Enterprise Asset Management, Inventory management In depth knowledge and practical experience in the application of data and business process Modelling procedures, structured methodologies, industry standards, planning tools, financial Modelling tools, quality management tools and techniques are mandatory. International IT consulting experience is a strong plus.
