Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a cross-functional development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience building scalable, secure, and performant applications using modern cloud and development technologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the technical execution of products from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. This includes collaborating with product managers, designers, and technical leads to ensure engineering excellence and timely product delivery.A key aspect of this role is mentoring engineers through code reviews, 1: 1s, career development, and performance evaluations.
