Senior HSE Professional

We're looking for a Senior Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in health and safety management, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in English and MS Office.Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE management system, ensuring compliance with international standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with HSE systems, procedures, and activities.Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective HSSE implementation.HSE specific tasks include: Developing a project-wide HSE strategy, including a safety incentive plan.Reviewing and approving contractors' HSE programs and construction environmental management plans.Assisting in developing HSE KPIs and communicating them to stakeholders.Implementing HSE programs to promote safety awareness and environmental stewardship.Developing reward schemes to foster a positive safety culture.Ensuring method statements, risk assessments, and work plans are reviewed and approved.Participating in establishing a reporting program and audit process.Managing HSE data and reporting in the monthly project report.Delivering statutory and permit-related HSE reports to authorities.Overseeing scheduled inspections, audits, and issuing HSSE notices.Ensuring emergency response plans are in place and first aid facilities are available.Maintaining oversight of incident management and investigations.Coordinating HSSE forums, training, and awareness campaigns.Additional responsibilities include: Coordination with third-party developers for HSSE activities.Oversight of HSSE management for project offices, including fire safety training and drills.Management of HSSE logistics such as security, traffic, deliveries, and laydown areas.Environmental monitoring and reporting.To be successful, you should possess: A minimum of 15 years' experience in health and safety management.Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in English and MS Office.Good understanding of local HSE regulations and procedures.Relevant qualifications, such as an EHS-related master's degree or NEBOSH Diploma.Practitioner-level certifications in OSHAD-OSHMS and lead auditor qualifications for ISO 14001, 18001, and 45001 standards.This role offers opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on HSE excellence.We encourage candidates with passion, expertise, and commitment to HSE to apply.),
