Job Title: Renewal Coordinator Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized individual to join our team as a Renewal Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless contract renewals, effective customer communication, and accurate data reporting.Key Responsibilities: Contract Renewal Management: Track Upcoming Renewals: Utilize ERP/CRM tools to monitor upcoming renewals, ensuring timely preparation and execution of renewal quotes.Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Account Managers or Sales Executives to close renewals on time, guaranteeing minimal disruptions to services.Ensure On-Time Contract Renewal: Foster open communication with customers to address pricing, contract terms, or minor concerns, resulting in successful contract renewals.Customer Communication: Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding renewal-related matters, providing clear guidance and support.Customer-centric Approach: Work closely with customers to address their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the renewal process.Data & Reporting: Maintain Accurate Records: Update ERP/CRM systems (e.g., MS CRM) with precise information on renewal pipeline, closed renewals, and churn metrics.Provide Insights and Analytics: Generate reports on renewal performance, offering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Vendor Management: Foster Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with OEM and Distribution teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient vendor management.Effective Communication: Maintain regular contact with vendors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding upfront renewals.Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Effectively convey ideas, negotiate, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.Technical Proficiency: Possess working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, with ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.Team Player: Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.Benefits: This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic industry, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
