Senior RAN Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our RAN projects in the UAE market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, telecommunications, and RAN technologies.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of engineers, technical experts, and external partners to deliver RAN solutions. This includes ensuring that all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery meet the required standards.In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills. They will also be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RAN projects.Establish project goals, timelines, and budgets.Ensure that project milestones are achieved as planned.Provide strategic direction to ensure the successful integration of RAN technologies into customer networks.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.Manage customer expectations and ensure that solutions align with their requirements.Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers.Handle high-level escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are highly desirable.10+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role specifically related to RAN.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale RAN projects.Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working in cross-functional environments.In-depth understanding of RAN technologies, including LTE, 5G NR, C-RAN, v RAN, and radio frequency planning.What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
