About the Role The Medical Representative will be responsible for implementing the company's sales and marketing plans in assigned territories. Key responsibilities include developing and managing sales territories, meeting or exceeding sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines, and delivering customer-centric activities in coordination with line managers.The position also requires identifying and evaluating new customers, maintaining loyal customers, and ensuring proper implementation of CRM strategies. Other key areas include territory coverage planning, sales calls, and visit frequency, as well as submitting daily and monthly reports and CRM reports as per country reporting systems.A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is mandatory, while a master's degree in Business Administration is highly desirable.A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, with a strong working knowledge of distributor/agent operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, and pricing methods."
