They will work closely with the customer team to understand consumer behavior and preferences, and implement data-driven strategies to drive business results.Main Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Own Customer Calendar & Suggest the Right Events related to it Landing The Innovations in a perfect Way360 Activations (Digital / Promoters / POSM / OFF Shelf / …)Before & After Analysis for All our Activities Monthly Deep Dive in Customer Data To identify the pain points & suggest the best solutions Monitor All Couponing Campaigns Creation & Ownership of in-store Shopper CTA's Sustainability: Use Less Plastic POSMDigitize our Activations Participate in Sustainable Events (World Environment Day/ ….)Communication & Budget Management: By Weekly Call with CD Team (Customer) to avoid any miscommunication & close all Gaps All Activations Should be Communicated to the CD Team 30-45 Days in Advance (1 Pager / AW / T&C / Mechanics / Prizes / …)Required Skills and Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales.
