Front Desk Agent We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.About the Role The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, and it's your job to make a great impression. You will be responsible for checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, as well as performing administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
