Our team is looking for an individual who can help our clients implement software solutions to meet their business needs."

We are a company that provides ERP software solutions with over 60+ applications catering to business needs. This position will be a blend of software implementation and project management. You will work with a team responsible for implementing projects and helping customers use our software."

Belonging to the Services Department, our team is mainly responsible for implementing our software solution to mid-market and corporate clients' business needs. You'll work on different projects at the same time, depending on the industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented."

Key Responsibilities: "

Project Implementation"

Analyze customer needs and suggest software configurations accordingly."

Implement the agreed software configuration and develop solutions as needed."

Provide functional training sessions to customers on how to use the software."

Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the software implementation."

Required Skills: "

Must-Haves: "

"

2-5 years of experience in software implementation and project management."

Strong business process understanding and analytical skills."

Fluency in English and Russian languages."

Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset."

IT project implementation and ERP experience."

Nice-to-Haves: "

"

Knowledge in accounting and/or supply chain management."

Experience with Odoo software."
