Our hotel is seeking a skilled professional to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and possess basic knowledge of Kaiseki or Sushi preparation.This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene.To succeed in this position, you should have excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
