**Job Title: ** Document Management Specialist**Job Summary: ** We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team in Dubai South. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in document control on large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.**Key Responsibilities: **- Maintain all important documents in hardcopy and/or electronic format as directed.- Provide administrative assistance to the CMU Lead and other CMU staff in their reporting obligations and other functions.- Control files, drawings, and engineering documents and coordinate and manage all activities related to the Document Control section.- Maintain a reliable data entry system accommodated by tasks such as filing hardcopies, scanning, electronic management, filing, and processing.- Liaise with Ashghal Document Management / FCTS team to set up a compliant document management solution.- Responsible for implementing an effective PPP document management system across the project's lifecycle.**Required Skills and Qualifications: **- Minimum of 5 years' experience post-graduation with experience in major building projects or programmes.- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.- Proficient in Electronic Documentation Management Software systems - ACONEX is required, Share Point, Documentum are added benefits.- Experienced user of MS Office.- Capable of working with minimal supervision.- Demonstrable track record of working on commercial or school build projects.- In-depth knowledge of document procedures.- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
