Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships with key corporate accounts.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow corporate sales accounts effectively and efficiently.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and penetrate new markets.Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive strategic sales efforts.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective corporate clients.Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Mentor and train junior staff in sales strategies and product knowledge.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of three years of experience in corporate sales or a related sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.Ability to lead a team and foster a results-oriented environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues.Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
