Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, this role involves operating and providing personalized services to all guests, with a focus on exceeding expectations while adhering to the standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi.Liaise with the Front Desk regarding all VIP movements.Complete the Butler Task Sheet with relevant arrival, departure, in-house VIP information, and To-Do list.Deliver food and beverages throughout the day to assigned VIP guests in-house, as delegated.Meet VIP guests in the hotel foyer on arrival, escort them to their rooms, explain room facilities, offer unpacking, coffee/tea/refreshments, and answer concierge-related inquiries.Respond to guest requests as directed by the Rooms Division Manager.Work closely with other personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.Qualifications Previous experience in Butler, Private Butler, or Valet roles within a hotel.Highly organized with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment.Extensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas, including restaurants and bars.Russian, German, or Chinese language skills are an advantage.Additional locations include Hyatt Regency Deer Valley, Park City, UT, US, and Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa, and Marina, Cambridge, MD, US.Our family is always growing.
