Senior Digital Experience Strategist

Job Description We are seeking a UX Lead to shape user experiences across our digital products and services. This role requires someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving deep into interaction and interface details.You will lead user experience efforts across key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor designers. You will champion the voice of the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility to deliver intuitive, seamless, and human-centred experiences.Lead UX design across digital journeys, from discovery to delivery, ensuring usability and consistency.Apply service design thinking to align user needs, business processes, and backend systems into holistic experiences.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to frame problems, define solutions, and ship products.Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions using design thinking methodologies to unlock new ideas and drive alignment.Translate insights into actionable design through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.Ensure quality and consistency in the design system, interactions, and UX patterns.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support.Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Stakeholder Management6–10 years of experience in UX/Product Design About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a UX Lead and contribute to shaping the future of our digital products and services.You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate on key initiatives, and mentor junior designers.
