Senior MEP Project Coordinator

Job Title: Senior MEP Engineer"

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across designated project sites."

Lead a team of engineers to oversee all MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure design compliance and timely approvals.Monitor site progress and quality of MEP installations against approved shop drawings and specifications.Review technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements for MEP systems.Conduct routine inspections and provide technical input to resolve site-level MEP issues.Participate in project planning, budgeting, and value engineering exercises related to MEP scope.Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards during installation and testing activities.Collaborate with procurement to verify MEP material specifications and delivery timelines.Support commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation and handover of MEP systems."

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP project execution within the construction or real estate sector Proven experience coordinating with regulatory bodies Strong understanding of local MEP codes, standards, and permit processes Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills"
