As a leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our network, ensuring timely delivery of packages to millions of Amazon customers worldwide. Your team's performance is critical to our success, and you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, safety, quality, attendance, and productivity. Key to this role is engaging your team members during their shifts to maintain the highest standards of performance.
