This role demands exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, and an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Job Responsibilities The sales representative develops and maintains long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their product needs.They demonstrate and present healthcare products to physicians and medical staff effectively.Prospective customers are identified by using business directories and following leads from existing clients.The sales representative attends company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings to stay updated on product lines.Sales targets are surpassed through effective planning and management of sales territory.Marketing strategies are created and implemented to increase product visibility and market penetration.Detailed records are kept of all contacts and sales progress is tracked within the assigned territory.Sales meetings, conferences, and seminars are organized and participated in to promote products.Collaboration occurs with the marketing team to develop comprehensive sales pitches and presentations.Feedback is provided to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential new products.Industry trends, medical advancements, and competitor activities are maintained up-to-date.Requirements A bachelor s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or related field is mandatory.Proven sales experience in the medical or healthcare sector is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential for success.The ability to understand and articulate complex scientific and technical information to lay audiences is required.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently are necessary.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools is expected.A willingness to travel extensively to meet and exceed sales objectives within assigned territories is required.
