You'll be responsible for maintaining food quality control, preparing, cooking, and presenting food that meets the highest standards. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef/ Chef de Cuisine to coordinate daily preparation, manage food shortages, and develop seasonal food and beverage activities.You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
