Service Representative - Thai Restaurant Expert

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Service Representative to join our team at a renowned Thai restaurant. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.Key Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages to guests with speed and accuracy while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.Maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the service station by ensuring prompt replenishment of supplies and equipment.Familiarize yourself with all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation styles to deliver ideal service.Practice suggestive selling techniques to boost food and beverage sales while increasing guest satisfaction.Assist the Restaurant Captain in monthly and daily operating equipment inventory, as well as pre-meal briefings and de-briefings.Accomplish and forward captain order slips to the kitchen for orders, ensuring efficient and accurate keying in of orders from POS to the printer.Confirm guest satisfaction and inform supervisors or managers immediately in case of complaints.Report unusual incidents, guest complaints, lost and found items, breakage, and losses to the Service Supervisor.Generate higher revenue through up-selling techniques and skills.Conduct cashiering operations in a restaurant where self-cashiering functions and equipment are available.Check the accuracy of all charged items in the bill before presenting to guests.Requirements: Vocational diploma in any discipline or equivalent experience.At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.Knowledgeable in various types of food and beverages.Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken forms.Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits: This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer service and food handling.
