With operations across the globe, our work advances digital transformation and technology.Description We are seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities within the power or energy construction sector, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities Develop strategic procurement plans and sourcing strategies to meet project objectives.Procure electrical, mechanical, and civil materials and services, ensuring quality, cost, and lead time efficiency.Negotiate contracts, manage risks, and ensure legal and financial compliance.Cultivate strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).10-15 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE, preferably in power or energy projects.Knowledge of substation, power plant, and transmission/distribution equipment.Strong network of suppliers in GCC, Europe, and Asia.Experience with EPC contractors, consultants, and clients like DEWA, SEWA, TRANSCO, ADNOC, FEWA.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office.Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
