Bridge Construction Project Manager

Senior Construction Manager We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our bridge construction project in Dubai.Coordinate daily site operations, including allocation of resources, to ensure the successful completion of the project.Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.Requirements Candidates should possess: A diploma in civil engineering or relevant trade certification.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques.Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and RTA construction site requirements.The ideal candidate will also have: Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.Basic knowledge of construction health and safety standards.Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.We offer: A competitive salary package.A chance to work on high-profile projects.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
