Food and Beverage Ambassador Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can coach and motivate the team positively, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel. They should have strong knowledge of HACCP procedures, experience with outlet opening, and diverse outlets management.This is a full-time role that requires high organizational skills, motivation, staff training focus, and good administrative abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our pre-opening team to ensure a smooth execution of operations and provide professional customer-focused service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.Practice good customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily.Ensure banquet setups are prepared for service and supervise operations for smooth execution.Direct and supervise the service team to perform duties according to standards.Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained to perform their roles.Manage organization, planning, and control of supplies, maintaining accurate records of beverage stock to ensure availability.Benefits: IHG offers opportunities for vertical, functional, geographical, and personal growth.
