Abu Dhabi Instrumentation Engineering Leader

Job Title: Lead Instrumentation Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who has expertise in instrumentation and control systems, with experience in construction management.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the discipline to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi. This includes attending meetings with clients and construction contractors, technical bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, and responding to queries from instrument engineers and contractors.This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation) with 10-15 years of minimum Oil & Gas experience.Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of I&C installation/modification work within project scope at brown field gas facilities.Plan and coordinate activities/resources at construction sites for effective execution of construction/modification project works related to onshore/offshore transformers, Deluge skid, fire and gas system, integration of FGS system with existing Honeywell DCS (OEM).Estimate man hour requirements, plan work schedules, assign/direct subordinates, and attend work sites during assigned tasks for improvement initiatives associated with facilities/systems.Interface/cooperate closely with main/primary contractors/subcontractors' teams to monitor effective progress of construction site activities related to instrumentation/control work.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation)Minimum 10-15 years Oil & Gas experience Good verbal/written communication skills, leadership, and coordination competence Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as Auto CAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools Benefits: We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth and development, and competitive compensation packages.Others: Our company values continuous learning and development, and we encourage our employees to pursue their professional goals through training and education programs.
