Site Operations Manager

Job Description To effectively oversee and coordinate the execution of all site operations, ensuring seamless delivery of infrastructure systems management. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and civil works, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and technical service delivery across multiple disciplines (ELEC, MECH, CIV).Plan, delegate, and monitor completion of PPM and reactive tasks using CMMS/CAFM tools.Perform site inspections, quality audits, and safety walk-throughs to ensure compliance with SOPs and QHSE protocols.Escalate unresolved issues to the site engineer or client representative as necessary.Validate work orders, material requests, and job close-out reports to maintain accurate records.Ensure compliance with method statements, toolbox talks, and RAMS.Supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to guarantee high-quality workmanship.Review and approve shift rosters, attendance logs, and manpower deployment plans.Maintain performance records, site documentation, and submit regular reports to stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage site operations.Possess technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and mechanical O&M, including proficiency in CMMS/CAFM tools.Strong communication and team management abilities to collaborate with clients and site personnel.Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Facility Management, with 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure O&M, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
