Job Title We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search and Social Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success by driving insights, innovation, and client satisfaction.About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery, insights, and analysis of media performance within the digital landscape. Utilizing proprietary and market-leading technology, you will analyze performance across multiple channels with a key focus on digital media. You will ensure the highest quality of execution within agreed deadlines while also playing a vital role in business development and client relationship management. Additionally, you will mentor and train a team of Paid Media Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute paid media strategies, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and data analysis.Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets across performance platforms to align with client business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Paid Media Executives, ensuring high standards in execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for media strategy and best practices.Innovation and Testing: Seek opportunities to test new technologies and betas to drive client KPIs.Training and Development: Provide training and development sessions for junior team members and wider teams across the organization.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and innovation.Requirements Paid Social and Paid Search Experience: Proven experience in Paid Social and Paid Search.Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.Data-Driven Insights: Strong strategic thinking with data-driven insights for campaign optimization.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership and Teamwork: Experience mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.Client and Stakeholder Management: Strong client and stakeholder management skills.Project Management: Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer This role offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative work environment that values diversity and inclusion.How to Apply If you have a passion for data-driven performance marketing and a strong strategic mindset, we would love to hear from you.
