You will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining applications, as well as tuning and optimizing their performance.Troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of applications Application performance tuning and optimization Additionally, this role involves resolving tickets with quality and within service level agreements (SLAs), proactively monitoring and analyzing incidents, and maintaining workflows and configurations. A strong understanding of reporting tools such as MS Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Qlik View is also required. Debugging report and dashboard issues, as well as knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, are also essential skills for this position.Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases Proficiency in Hive queries If you have experience with Windows and Unix commands, and possess knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica Power Center or BDM, this role would be a great fit for you.
