Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist for Residential Projects We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and lead the quality control process on large low-rise residential projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential developments, including knowledge of local regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.Key Responsibilities: Establish and enforce project-specific quality assurance and quality control procedures in collaboration with the construction supervision consultant.Ensure QA/QC procedures align with client's quality policy, contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and program requirements.Prepare and submit a comprehensive quality control manual for client's approval, detailing inspection and testing protocols, personnel responsibilities, and documentation standards.Define and document inspection witness points, hold points, and substitution restrictions.Evaluate and recommend suitable systems if none are currently in place.Conduct regular audits (minimum quarterly) of the construction supervision consultant's QA/QC systems to verify adherence to program quality standards.Requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, or a related field is typically required.Extensive experience (15 years) in residential projects is essential.In-depth knowledge of the residential development industry, including its regulations, best practices, and emerging trends within Abu Dhabi.Experience of producing and meeting requirements of inspection and test plans.Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to discuss technical aspects with other technical and non-technical individuals.Benefits: A competitive salary Accommodation allowance22 working days annual leave Medical and life insurance cover Company gratuity scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Annual flight allowance to point of origin
