The opportunity to work on a broad range of finance matters with a leading team in the Middle East presents itself.About the Role As a junior to mid-level lawyer, you will be involved in a mix of finance and capital markets work including Islamic Finance and sukuk transactions, Regulatory Capital and Liability Management Transactions, and Convertible and Project Bonds.On the finance side, you will be working on project finance, leveraged finance, and acquisition finance transactions representing the corporate trustee.
