Security Professional - Investigation And Risk Management Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Security Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services related to security operations, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.The role involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and investigating irregularities that may impact the organization's security policy.You will work closely with various stakeholders, including immigration authorities, embassies, and police departments, to prevent the carriage of inadmissible passengers.Key Responsibilities Maintain documents, manuals, and records for auditing purposes, ensuring they are up-to-date.Contribute to the review of standard operating procedures, contracts, and other relevant documents that impact operations.Liaise with relevant authorities to prevent the carriage of inadmissible passengers.Support training staff on detecting and intercepting illegal immigration.Investigate cases of cargo discrepancies related to cargo handling processes.Conduct random and routine audit checks to heighten barriers against unlawful interference.Coordinate surveillance and monitoring work related to CCTV cameras and access control.Review reported incidents and make decisions on required actions.Follow up with outsourced supervisors and patrol guards on security operations and procedural updates.Support line requests for processing approvals and authority for VVIP passengers.Disseminate information through appropriate means as outlined in the Emirates Airline Security Program.Record fraud alerts and incidents on tickets and credit cards.Prepare and maintain the ticket and credit card fraud database.Access reservations/check-in systems for investigation purposes.Coordinate investigation work and assist in evidence gathering.Requirements12 years schooling or equivalent.3+ years security experience.Experience in aviation, supervision, and root cause analysis would be advantageous.Ability to write reports in a comprehensive manner and computer literacy is a must.Benefits Join our team of over 100,000 people and follow your passions into one of over 50 brands in the Emirates Group.We offer attractive salary and travel benefits, exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotel stays around the world.Find out more information about our employee benefits in the Working Here section of our website.
