Warehouse Technology Specialist

Job Overview This role is centered around maintaining and optimizing technologies within the global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, your primary focus will be to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, conduct preventative maintenance on time, and provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Prioritize health & safety best practices in all work carried out, ensuring compliance with relevant health & safety standards and regulations.Carry out planned preventative maintenance on various equipment within the site.Respond promptly to breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to resolve issues.Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements through the line manager.Maintain high levels of equipment availability for internal customers.Collaborate and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.Manage external contractors. Requirements To excel in this position, you'll need: Multi-skilled expertise in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems.Proficiency in fault-finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems.Ability to interpret mechanical or electrical drawings.Knowledge of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
