Real Estate Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Leasing & Tawtheeq Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the TAMM system, Tawtheeq system, and all aspects of leasing contract creation, validation, modification, and compliance with local regulations.Key responsibilities include handling all leasing procedures, including contract drafting, renewal, and termination. The candidate must be able to manage full Tawtheeq registration and updates via the TAMM portal, ensure all lease agreements are compliant with Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, coordinate with property managers, tenants, and landlords, maintain records and documentation for audits and reporting, and stay updated on any regulatory changes related to leasing and Tawtheeq.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in real estate leasing Strong knowledge of the Tawtheeq and TAMM systems Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and leasing legalities Proficiency in Arabic is a plus Excellent communication and documentation skills The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing and a proven track record of success in this field.
