Job Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Loyalty Marketing team, focusing on increasing online presence of our Loyalty program.The individual will play a key role in growing loyalty members and driving engagement through digital campaigns. This includes managing multi-channel campaigns across platforms like email, Whats App, social media, and digital ads. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing and content execution skills, with a basic understanding of CRM and personalization.Key Responsibilities: Develop and scale Loyalty program digital presence across social media, performance marketing, and owned channels.Plan and execute digital loyalty campaigns to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, email, and Whats App.Work closely with creative teams to deliver engaging, platform-specific content tailored for various digital channels.Collaborate with BI and CRM team to understand customer segments and deliver personalized experiences across touchpoints.Collaborate with external brands to develop and execute large-scale promotional campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.Use customer insights to develop targeted campaigns that build stronger relationships and drive repeat behavior.Monitor and optimize campaign performance through KPIs such as engagement, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.Lead A/B testing on campaign creatives, messaging, and formats to improve outcomes.Partner with ecommerce, regional, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistent customer experience.Support customer feedback loops in collaboration with CS teams, and continuously improve the user journey across channels.Stay up to date on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to inform strategy and execution.Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or loyalty program execution.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong grasp of social media platforms, digital ad tools, and email/Whats App marketing.Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and comfortable with marketing analytics and reporting tools.KPIs to Deliver: Growth in followers/subscribers across digital platforms Monthly engagement rate across campaigns and content Performance metrics: ROAS, CPC, CPM, conversion rate#J-18808-Ljbffr
