If you want to be part of the AVD transformation led by Microsoft and Nerdio, we want to hear from you.What Youll Do Lead and grow a high-performing global QA team focused on ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of our Daa S platform.Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks for end-to-end testing across cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to define quality standards and integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle.Establish and monitor quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, pass rates) to evaluate product readiness.Own test planning and execution for releases, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.Lead root cause analyses for critical issues, drive process improvements, and prevent recurrence.Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the QA team.Qualifications10+ years in QA, with 5+ years in leadership or management roles.Experience testing complex cloud platforms or virtual desktop infrastructure (Azure Virtual Desktop, Daa S, VDI, Citrix, etc.).Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., Test Rail, Azure Dev Ops, Selenium, Postman), and automation best practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins).Ability to manage multiple testing initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Experience Azure certification is preferred.Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to convey technical testing solutions organization-wide and collaborate with senior leaders for positive business outcomes.Benefits and Incentives Competitive base salary + bonus up to 10%Stock options Health and welfare plans*Life and disability plans*Retirement plan*Unlimited flexible paid time off, including your birthday off Collaborative team culture Benefits for international employees vary by country.Nerdio is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
