A leading multi-sector group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its well-established legal team. This senior role is suited to a commercially minded project and transactional lawyer with extensive experience in project development, M&A, and construction-related legal work. This role offers a key opportunity to drive strategic legal support for major developments.Key Skills10 12+ years legal experience, ideally with training from a leading international law firm and in-house experience in a global corporate environment.Strong legal capability across M&A, shareholder agreements, PPAs, EPCs, and related project finance documentation.Strong experience advising on greenfield and brownfield projects, including construction, operational contracts, and regulatory compliance.Skilled in overseeing external legal advisors, reviewing complex agreements, and controlling legal budgets for high-value projects.Proven ability to assess and mitigate legal risk, manage disputes, and support governance structures within multinational operations.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
