This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment and skillful management of human resources processes. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, hire top-tier talent, and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring goals and anticipate staffing needs. In addition to recruitment, the HR and Recruitment Manager ensures that HR practices are in line with organizational objectives and legal compliance. This includes overseeing employee relations, benefits, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.
