The successful candidate will work on positioning Carrier as a world leader in climate and energy solutions and services and presenting the best Carrier capabilities to create value and become the trusted partner to our strategic customers and to become the client's first choice.Role Responsibilities Implement the key account strategy and achieve the assigned KPIs.Pre-qualification and Certification Management: ensure all products and solutions registered and qualified in clients supplier registration systems and manage all required factory visits to complete certification of carrier, products and factories qualification.Data Governance support: maintain clients data offline and online and monitor quality of data sources and audit data accuracy. In addition to supporting management processes development and implementation.SAP System/Sales Force support: coordinate with the quality team and SAP team to ensure digital system readiness to maintain data online and coordinate with the team members to ensure data is updated, populated and CRM reports are generated Engineering support: support business development associates in coordination with consultant team to ensure technical compliance. In addition develop customized and packaged technical proposals to clients specific requirements.Cross-Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Development Associates, Consultant Coverage, Sales, Application, Product Marketing, and all functions to meet with clients and company expectations Strengthen the relationship with UTS Carrier key account to make Carrier solutions as the most preferable choice to the customer.Respond to clients' enquiries on time and introduce the appropriate Carrier product and solutions which meet the client's technical requirements and offer a tailor-made solution.Raise customers concerns and escalate whenever there is a need to change in process.Qualification And Experience Requirements Preferable with Mechanical engineering background, MBA is an advantage UAE Market & Government Sectors3-5 years of relevant experience, HVAC solutions experience is a plus Fluent in English and Arabic UAE driving license required Excellent Computer literature Skills Requirement Customer Centric Communications Teamwork Results Oriented Negotiation skills What We Offer We offer excellent development opportunities, an attractive salary and exceptional benefits including the following: International working environment Competitive salary Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme Our commitment to you As an employer of choice, our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
