Careem operates in over 70 cities across 10 countries, from Morocco to Pakistan.About The Team You will be part of a dynamic and autonomous team, from Careem veterans to new joiners, all aligned on the same values of ownership, aiming high, and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.What You'll Do Identify, target, pitch, and close sales with restaurant/food outlet partners to onboard them to the Careem Food Delivery network.Work with various restaurant types, including large food chains (top tier), medium, and small food outlets (long tail).Identify high-potential geographic clusters within the city with high restaurant density, catering to diverse cuisines, and target them for Food Delivery business.Negotiate and close deals on commercials, exclusivity, consumer deals, and offers with restaurant partners.Submit sales plans aligned with set objectives.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities for analysis.What You'll Need Passion for sales and convincing people.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.Strong negotiation skills.A commitment to improving lives, excellence, customer service, and alignment with core values: being bold, focused, agile, and collaborative.Highly motivated with a "hunting spirit" to develop new opportunities and grow the business in the Food/Service Providers space.Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with local, regional, and corporate teams.Ability to work under pressure with stretched targets and limited resources, and come up with tech-based solutions.Ownership, high energy, and self-drive.Tech and internet-savvy with an interest in E-commerce and internet-led business.Good knowledge of the Dubai market.UAE driving license is an advantage.Candidate must be on their own visa.What we'll provide you We offer opportunities to make an impact while learning and growing.
