Operations Role Summary: The Personal Shopper will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of customers, delivering outstanding sales results while ensuring excellent customer experience and service.Role Profile: Recruit (monthly target) and retain customers.Build relationships with top-tier customers to strengthen brand loyalty.Identify customer needs and recommend products to facilitate buying decisions.Achieve monthly sales targets across categories.Identify and prioritize sales leads, creating new selling ideas to meet sales goals.Collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Digital Merchandising teams regarding stock availability.Support the customer care team in resolving VIP customer issues.Develop and enhance client base through networking strategies.Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Fashion.3-5 years retail experience with luxury brands.At least 3 years as a personal shopper/stylist.Must have a 'black book' of contacts.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in English.Additional Details: Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industry: Retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
