JOB PURPOSE: To manage Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech/Diploma EXPERIENCE: 10-14 Years CERTIFICATIONS: Mandatory: CAPM/PMP/PRINCE2; Desirable: Agile Scrum MANDATORY TRAININGS ATTENDED: Risk Management, EVM, Project Planners RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES): Demonstrable experience in delivering large projects with multiple teams and cross-disciplinary or multi-supplier involvement.Expert understanding of project management concepts, procedures, and application, with extensive knowledge in relevant disciplines.Ability to work with shared resources and offshore teams.Ensure reuse and best practices across projects.Plan, manage, and deliver complex long-term projects that significantly impact the client organization and deliver strategic benefits.Evaluate situations using multiple information sources; adapt planning and resources accordingly.Manage projects involving significant risk, applying appropriate project management methods.Deliver projects within service levels and financial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.Recognized as a key supplier for client or internal business benefits.Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at executive levels.Channel resources effectively, identify change impacts, and manage risks and relationships.Seek innovative ways to expand project scope and manage costs.TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: MANDATORYStrong knowledge of: Project Control Tools Risk Management Microsoft Project Schedule Management Visio Project Planning tools Risk Management tools Mindjet Manager or similar Industry Knowledge on: MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and projects Transition projects SOFT SKILLS: MANDATORYResponsible for milestone billings.Maintain professionalism and dignity among staff and customers.Encourage harmonious working relationships.Participate in learning programs for self-development and equality practices.Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act and related legislation.Support Quality Standards through adherence to documented procedures.Engage in training and development policies, including regular appraisals.Ensure duties comply with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
