Ensure transactions and documentation comply with internal and regulatory requirements.Job Purpose To process transactions as per customer request, including remittances, cash, cheques, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and regulations.Job Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction / Service Standards Meet and greet customers at counter/lobby, thanking them for their business.Provide service to retail and commercial customers as per ARIE standards.Communicate transaction regulations professionally.Advise customers about ARIE products and services as needed.Minimize wait and serve times, aiming to reduce turnaround time (TAT).Guide customers to relevant departments for queries, deals, or activities.Financial / Sales Maintain optimal profit margins on transactions.Solicit referrals and cross-sell to existing customers.Convert walk-in customers to Intro Card holders.Seek opportunities to grow customer base, transaction volume, revenue per transaction, and overall operational revenue.Operations / Controls Handle foreign currency, remittances, and other transactions as required, with zero defects.Follow company policies and procedures.Handle cash accurately and report anomalies immediately.Exercise due diligence to mitigate risks, complying with AML and KYC procedures.Identify and propose improvements for operational excellence.Ensure documentation and transaction processes meet internal and regulatory standards.Job Requirements Qualifications Graduate or equivalent in a related field.Experience At least 2 years as a Cashier/Teller.Experience with high-volume cash handling is a plus.Skills Basic computer skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Customer service oriented.Good quantitative skills.Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service This job posting is still active.#J-18808-Ljbffr
